Dave is affable and easy to work with. He first impressed us by showing up promptly and attentively assessing what our project would entail.

It seemed easy for him to conceptualize our vision and lay out an action plan. He worked with us on a cost-plus basis to complete a project with some intriguing challenges, and made the most of the funds we had available.

His suggestions for improving on the plans to create a “form that follows function” were welcome advice, and gave us confidence in the wisdom of his experience.
